Questions about purchasing

When will I receive my access?+

As soon as you purchase, your account is linked to the chosen pack. Alpha 1 access is activated at the opening in February 2027, Alpha 2 follows in late 2027, and Beta access when the beta launches. You receive an email and a Discord notification at each step.

Can I upgrade to a higher pack later?+

Yes. As long as the founder pack shop is open (until the end of the Alpha 1 playtest), you can pay the difference to move up to a higher pack and unlock its rewards, right from this page once signed in.

Are the cosmetic items permanent?+

All founder pack weapon, character and mount skins are exclusive editions. Once the shop closes, at the end of the Alpha 1 playtest, they will never be sold again: they will remain the mark of the earliest supporters. Your choices can be changed from your account until Alpha 1 launches, after which they are final.

Which payment methods do you accept?+

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and, depending on your device, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details.

Am I eligible for a refund?+

By confirming your purchase you request immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal, as the law provides for digital content (article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). We nevertheless offer a goodwill option: as long as no access has been activated, no content consumed and, for a gifted pack, no key redeemed, you can ask to cancel your order within 14 days by e-mail or on Discord. And if Hana’s development were to stop before the Alpha opens, every buyer would be refunded.

I backed Hana on Kickstarter, do I get a discount?+

Yes. During the pre-order, every Kickstarter backer (whatever the tier) pays 50% off the full price instead of 25%. Sign in with the email address you used on Kickstarter: the price applies automatically on the cards. The discount covers your own packs (one copy per pack, upgrades included), not gifted packs, and ends with the pre-order. Different address? Reach us on Discord.

How long does a test phase last?+

Each phase (Alpha 1, Alpha 2, closed beta) lasts at least one month. Opening dates are indicative and may be adjusted: buyers are notified by e-mail and on Discord, where we also announce any server downtime.
